Superfood Skin-Boosting Smoothie Recipe

Starting your day with this antioxidant-packed superfood smoothie will do wonders for your skin.

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp SuperShake berry powder
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbsps unsweetened organic probiotic yoghurt (or use diary free yoghurt of your choice)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp Blueberry powder
  • ½ cup of ice (optional)
Method: Combine all ingredients and blend well. Serve immediately.
